Neither of us had ever had a realtor who took us to view competing properties for sale, to help us price our home accordingly. This was a huge help! In fact, I still am trying to practice the things I learned from that experience as I’m decorating our new house. The photographer Deborah uses is top notch and made our house look so gorgeous in the photos that it was hard to believe we actually lived there! The whole process of selling our house was handled so expertly from day-one through settlement. We came to town from Nevada to look at the area before our potential move. We were driving around looking at neighborhoods when we pulled a flyer from a box in front of a house that looked interesting. We knew no realtors in town, so we decided to give the realtor a call. It was Deborah Laggini. We were told most realtors don’t return your calls, so if you receive a call back, pay attention. We called and left a message, and she called back before we even got out of the neighborhood. She was very attentive and was willing to help us in our search. We kept in close touch from across the country until we were ready to buy. When we returned to look seriously, Deborah had set up appointments and was a real advocate for us. She was such a trooper–showing houses in the big snow storm of 2010. Her co-workers teased her for attempting to get out, but she sold a house that day. The follow up was also fantastic. She fought for us all the way–from negotiating the price to the inspections. The relationship didn’t end with the purchase of the home. We just received a copy of the HUD-1 settlement statement so we could prepare our taxes without having to search for paperwork! We would highly recommend Deborah Laggini for any real-estate needs.

Mark and I met Deborah during an open house. We were in the beginning process of looking for a home to purchase. We were interested in the house she was showing but had many questions, including the type of deal that the sellers would accept, and, the probability and cost of completing various improvements in the home. On both accounts Deborah explored all possibilities and even had a contractor come out and look at the house so she could provide a more accurate explanation. One lazy Sunday morning, we knocked on the door of a lovely house in Davidsonville thinking that it was an open house. We were greeted by the owner who very tactfully pointed out that we were a day late; however, she welcomed us into her property and gave us the tour. As it turned out, the homeowner was Deborah and I, feeling like an idiot, undertook to engage Deborah for my forthcoming house purchase as gratitude for her willingness to show us around, albeit a Sunday and 24 hours late!
