Deborah was absolutely wonderful! The house we were looking into buying was our first home, and at one point, we hit a major snag in the purchasing process. The obstacle was so great, I thought there would be absolutely no way we were going to get the house we were really wanting. But somehow, Deborah kept with it and was persistent and she was able to work around the issue. I was totally amazed at her. She would not give up! Also, she was quick with responding to my calls or emails, and was great with communicating with us whenever an issue would arise. Also, after we bought the house, the washer quit on us and the warranty company was trying to get out of paying for it. I got so frustrated with them, that I contacted Deborah, who then contacted the warranty company, and they finally came through. This was because of her. She also would quickly answer any questions I had, even after we were done with the house-selling process. She is wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone. My husband and I were first time home buyers, so we knew nothing, but she was so patient with us when we had questions or didn’t understand a certain process.

Deborah Laggini is a true professional. She was very patient with us as we worked through the process of deciding if we really wanted to sell our home of 24 years. My wife and I had been looking for property to build a house on for several years…completely on our own with no real estate agent involved. Why would we need one, we have the internet right? That thought couldn’t have been further from the truth.

Through our builder we were introduced to Deborah Laggini, an Annapolis agent that we were told was very familiar with land being sold in Anne Arundel county, waterfront property and the home building process in general.

Our success with locating a property was not immediate, we still searched for well over a year because we were very focused on an area of interest. Deborah had taken the time to gather all our requirements and set up searches that provided immediate notifications when new properties came on the market. It was through these searches that we stumble upon our property. Deborah diligently worked with the selling agent and was able
to negotiate a very good deal, quickly drafted all the necessary paperwork, and setup what was probably the quickest and easiest settlement I have ever experienced.

Her knowledge of the building process provided insights into the questions that needed to be answered during the feasibility study as well as leveraging the network of people she knew throughout the county. Again, something we could have never of accomplished on our own. Luckily for us things worked out, but I can imagine a situation where the right questions are not asked and a buyer ends up with a property that will not accommodate the house they want to build or there are conditions preventing its constructions. No one wants to find that out after a property is purchased.

Deborah’s commitment to our project extended beyond the sale of the lot. She knew we were having issues conveying our vision to the builder and suggested that we meet with an architect to help rectify the situation. Again, this was something we didn’t think we needed since we had building plans already. Because of her knowledge of the industry she introduced us to a
local architect that specialized in waterfront homes. We would have NEVER of thought this was necessary, but having taken her advice we have taken our project to another level, without incurring significant costs. We owe our success thus far to Deborah and the knowledge she possesses in the real estate industry, both in regards to buying and selling property, as well as all aspects of the home building process. We couldn’t give Deborah high enough accolades and we would recommend her to anyone in the Annapolis area….you won’t be disappointed.

Deborah represented me both in the selling of my home and the purchase of a new home. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate process. She has excellent negotiating skills and she was immediate in her response to my needs as both a buyer and a seller at the same time.
