I’ve known Deborah for many years, and have worked with her twice, once on a happy occasion – the purchase of our new home (we love it!) and once on a rather difficult occasion, the sale of my mother’s home after her death. Bob and I were more than impressed with our first meeting, when Deborah brought a copy of her portfolio and resume – wow! Neither of us had ever had a realtor who took us to view competing properties for sale, to help us price our home accordingly. This was a huge help! Deborah’s insight to bring in a professional stager was truly eye-opening and totally paid off for us. In fact, I still am trying to practice the things I learned from that experience as I’m decorating our new house. The photographer Deborah uses is top notch and made our house look so gorgeous in the photos that it was hard to believe we actually lived there! The whole process of selling our house was handled so expertly from day-one through settlement. We could never have been able to move so quickly on buying our next house here in North Carolina had it not been for Deborah’s expertise through all phases of the selling process. People cannot believe that we had a contract on our house only eight days after it went active in the market!!!

We came to town from Nevada to look at the area before our potential move. We were driving around looking at neighborhoods when we pulled a flyer from a box in front of a house that looked interesting. We knew no realtors in town, so we decided to give the realtor a call. It was Deborah Laggini. We were told most realtors don’t return your calls, so if you receive a call back, pay attention. We called and left a message, and she called back before we even got out of the neighborhood. She was very attentive and was willing to help us in our search. We kept in close touch from across the country until we were ready to buy. When we returned to look seriously, Deborah had set up appointments and was a real advocate for us. She was such a trooper–showing houses in the big snow storm of 2010. Her co-workers teased her for attempting to get out, but she sold a house that day. The follow up was also fantastic. She fought for us all the way–from negotiating the price to the inspections. The relationship didn’t end with the purchase of the home. We just received a copy of the HUD-1 settlement statement so we could prepare our taxes without having to search for paperwork! We would highly recommend Deborah Laggini for any real-estate needs.

Mark and I met Deborah during an open house. We were in the beginning process of looking for a home to purchase. We were interested in the house she was showing but had many questions, including the type of deal that the sellers would accept, and, the probability and cost of completing various improvements in the home. On both accounts Deborah explored all possibilities and even had a contractor come out and look at the house so she could provide a more accurate explanation. From a sellers perspective, this is the type of person I want showing my house. We did not purchase that home but were so impressed with her that we decided to hire her as our realtor. We were having difficulty finding something in our price range that we liked. Deborah provided us with automatic updates of all new listings in our price range as they came up in the MLS. We finally found the right home with Deborah’s help and closed without incident. Mark and I have purchased and sold several homes through the years and can honestly attest that the level of PERSONAL service provided by Deborah was outstanding. Many realtors, use assistants, and seem TOO busy to spend time until it becomes time to close the property or get a new listing. Shortly after we closed Deborah contacted us to make sure we were satisfied with our home and that there were no outstanding issues to be addressed. To this day she continues to stay in contact.
